I was super excited to receive these. I have foot pain sometimes and the fact that I have super flat feet and no shoes every provide me with enough support so I end up needing inserts in my shoes. These come big and all you have to do is measure it to your shoes and cut away any extra and they should fit great into your shoes. They can also easily be inserted into tennis shoes or dress shoes or any kind of shoes really .I love the fact that it not only supports the heel bur also the other parts of the foot including the arch. I love the built in metatarsal raise I really feel like it separates these insoles from the rest.Very comfortable, very durable, and a great quality! 

I'm always in need of a good insert for my shoes. I'm on my feet a lot and need that extra support.These are perfect and make my feet and lower back happy. My feet feel more comfortable walking and it did not slide or move around in my shoes . Not only does these help with foot pain but also with odor issues. After a couple of days of wearing these insoles and breaking them in, I had no problem standing or walking for long periods of time. My feet have never felt better.  Overall, these are great and I recommend them to anyone who needs a good insert for their shoes.
