The pillow is shaped to provide ultimate comfort for your head and neck leading to a better spa experience and deeper relaxation. This pillow is firm, yet comfortable. The suction cups didn’t work for me at first, but then I wet them and that worked. . I love the curve it supports my neck perfectly and the odor resistant cover really makes sure there are no bad smell as I worried that it may smell like old water even after being washed but it doesn't due to the odor resistant cover. It doesn't slip or slide when I use it. . Its the perfect touch to a nice relaxing bath. This is very well made and will last for a very long time .

Use alcohol or warm soapy water as a surface cleaner to remove all grease and oils from the surface and from fingerprints.
