This is one of those kitchen devices that once you have it you wonder why you didn't think of getting one sooner. Very easy to clean. Very easy to store. Very easy to use and very easy on the wallet. It's stainless steel so you don't have to worry about chemicals getting into your food. I love my new Sunsella vegetable steamer. The high-grade stainless steel allows for reuse without it breaking down or becoming dented or broken. The Sunsella has legs about 2 inches long which is just enough to keep the food above the water. When cooking is done the Sunsella and the food can be lifted out of the cooker by way of a ring attached to the center post. Some foods cook best when they are not sitting in the water .Sunsella the Stainless Steel Veggie Steamer is perfect for all my cooking needs.Steaming allows you to keep those vitamins and minerals that get lost with cooking in high heat and boiling in water. The steamer comes in a package that is basically 5x5 so its nice and small. It then opens up into a full steamer that you can just drop in any pot. It'll fit almost anything you have in your kitchen. I highly recommend this product to anybody who loves steamed foods.
