My Review on the Longest Lasting Super Bright Rim Lights by Speed Racer

The Super Bright LED Rim Lights are a neat novelty. I think kids and adults will really get a kick out of them.When I got these the bag had two green lights, two blue lights and two multicolored lights.

They are easy to install . It did not come with instructions. To get them to work you have to open them up by unscrew the bulb from the base remove the little paper dot then screw back together.
There is no on or off  button so to turn them off again you will need to do the same thing again open them up by unscrew the bulb from the base replace a small piece of paper on the battery then screw back together.Then screw on another piece and place them on your bike. Be careful doing this they aren't made out of the strongest material and I kept thinking I was about to break them.

Because of the motion sensor LED technology used these rim lights will last longer you can easily get around 50,000 hours of light lifetime. plus these are rust resistant and the company states that they are 100% waterproof .If you won't be using them for a while.  I would remove them from your bike and either remove the batteries or place s piece of paper inside to break the contact so they will be ready to use the next time.My family and I really loved our Speed Racer lights.

These fun and glowing lights are more noticeable than regular bike lights that we used to have. I wouldn't rely on these as a safety device for kids to be seen at night on their bikes.It will help them be seen from the side but probably not very well from directly in front or directly behind. If they are playing around with friends and there friends will see them and think its cool but I wouldn't consider them a serious safety device.
