I've tried various Garcina Cambogia products and this one seems to be the best. I feel like I am getting the best quality for money! I learned about this product from Dr. OZ and since then I have been hooked. I have been taking these before my meals and I have enjoyed having a lower appetite and being able to feel like I am in control of what I put into my body. No effect what so ever although I took it exactly as directed. I received this item in an exchange for a unbiased review .
