The Freestanding Reflex Bag Kit consists of the bag, an air pump, gloves and stand .Just filled it with water or sand and it doesn't move around much at all but if I want to move it with my hands from the base to another part of the room I can easily. My kids punch the bag hard and it still stays tight. The height is adjustable and the gloves are really nicely made too. The little pump which is in the package to inflate the bag is also pretty good we use it to inflate all the balls we have.I think this would be good for kids to vent anger and frustration. Easy to assemble and simple to use. Comes with everything needed especially gloves for protecting kids hands.Right away after taking it out of the box I can see that this is much better quality. From the stitching leather to the gloves and metal rods. The height is good for kids 4-8 or so.Very happy with this purchase and will recommend to others looking for a punching bag.
